तेऽन्वेषमाणा दयितं कृष्णं सूचितया पदैः । भगवल्लक्षणैर्जग्मुः पदव्या यमुनातटम् ॥ १०-१६-१७ ॥
The residents hurried toward the banks of the Yamunā in search of their dearmost Kṛṣṇa, following the path marked by His footprints, which bore the unique signs of the Personality of Godhead. ॥ 10-16-17 ॥
english translation
वृन्दावन के निवासी कृष्ण के पदचिन्हों का अनुसरण करते हुए अपने सर्वप्रिय कृष्ण की खोज में यमुना के किनारे की ओर दौड़े चले गये क्योंकि उन पदचिन्हों में भगवान् के अनूठे चिन्ह थे। ॥ १०-१६-१७ ॥
