राजधानी ततः साभूत्सर्वयादवभूभुजाम् । मथुरा भगवान् यत्र नित्यं सन्निहितो हरिः ॥ १०-१-२८ ॥
Since that time, the city of Mathurā had been the capital of all the kings of the Yadu dynasty. The city and district of Mathurā are very intimately connected with Kṛṣṇa, for Lord Kṛṣṇa lives there eternally. ॥ 10-1-28 ॥
english translation
उस समय से मथुरा नगरी सारे यदुवंशी राजाओं की राजधानी बनी रही। मथुरा नगरी तथा मथुरा जनपद कृष्ण से घनिष्टतापूर्वक जुड़े हैं क्योंकि वहाँ कृष्ण का नित्य वास है। ॥ १०-१-२८ ॥
