उदु॒ ष्य दे॒वः स॑वि॒ता य॑याम हिर॒ण्ययी॑म॒मतिं॒ यामशि॑श्रेत् । नू॒नं भगो॒ हव्यो॒ मानु॑षेभि॒र्वि यो रत्ना॑ पुरू॒वसु॒र्दधा॑ति ॥ उदु ष्य देवः सविता ययाम हिरण्ययीममतिं यामशिश्रेत् । नूनं भगो हव्यो मानुषेभिर्वि यो रत्ना पुरूवसुर्दधाति ॥
The divine Savitā has diffused the golden radiance on high, of which he is the asylum; verily Bhaga isto be absorbed by men who, abounding in wealth, distributes treasures (among them).

उदु॑ तिष्ठ सवितः श्रु॒ध्य१॒॑स्य हिर॑ण्यपाणे॒ प्रभृ॑तावृ॒तस्य॑ । व्यु१॒॑र्वीं पृ॒थ्वीम॒मतिं॑ सृजा॒न आ नृभ्यो॑ मर्त॒भोज॑नं सुवा॒नः ॥ उदु तिष्ठ सवितः श्रुध्यस्य हिरण्यपाणे प्रभृतावृतस्य । व्युर्वीं पृथ्वीममतिं सृजान आ नृभ्यो मर्तभोजनं सुवानः ॥
Rise up Savitā; hear (our solicitations) upon the celebration of this ceremony, (you who are) diffusinglight over the spacious earth, and bestowing human enjoyment upon men.

अपि॑ ष्टु॒तः स॑वि॒ता दे॒वो अ॑स्तु॒ यमा चि॒द्विश्वे॒ वस॑वो गृ॒णन्ति॑ । स न॒: स्तोमा॑न्नम॒स्य१॒॑श्चनो॑ धा॒द्विश्वे॑भिः पातु पा॒युभि॒र्नि सू॒रीन् ॥ अपि ष्टुतः सविता देवो अस्तु यमा चिद्विश्वे वसवो गृणन्ति । स नः स्तोमान्नमस्यश्चनो धाद्विश्वेभिः पातु पायुभिर्नि सूरीन् ॥
Glorified be the divine Savitā, whom all the gods praise; may that adorable (diviniy) require our praises(with) food; may he always protect the devout with all his protections.

अ॒भि यं दे॒व्यदि॑तिर्गृ॒णाति॑ स॒वं दे॒वस्य॑ सवि॒तुर्जु॑षा॒णा । अ॒भि स॒म्राजो॒ वरु॑णो गृणन्त्य॒भि मि॒त्रासो॑ अर्य॒मा स॒जोषा॑: ॥ अभि यं देव्यदितिर्गृणाति सवं देवस्य सवितुर्जुषाणा । अभि सम्राजो वरुणो गृणन्त्यभि मित्रासो अर्यमा सजोषाः ॥
Whom the divine Aditi, delighting at the birth of the divine Savitṛ, glorifies, whom the supremesoverigns, Varuṇa, Mitra, Āryaman, (and other gods) adore.

अ॒भि ये मि॒थो व॒नुष॒: सप॑न्ते रा॒तिं दि॒वो रा॑ति॒षाच॑: पृथि॒व्याः । अहि॑र्बु॒ध्न्य॑ उ॒त न॑: शृणोतु॒ वरू॒त्र्येक॑धेनुभि॒र्नि पा॑तु ॥ अभि ये मिथो वनुषः सपन्ते रातिं दिवो रातिषाचः पृथिव्याः । अहिर्बुध्न्य उत नः शृणोतु वरूत्र्येकधेनुभिर्नि पातु ॥
Whom those solicitous for wealth those enjoying (it), mutually worship, the benefactor of heaven andearth; may Ahirbudhnya hear us; may the protectress (the goddess of speech), cherish us with excellen cattle.
