उप॒ यमेति॑ युव॒तिः सु॒दक्षं॑ दो॒षा वस्तो॑र्ह॒विष्म॑ती घृ॒ताची॑ । उप॒ स्वैन॑म॒रम॑तिर्वसू॒युः ॥ उप यमेति युवतिः सुदक्षं दोषा वस्तोर्हविष्मती घृताची । उप स्वैनमरमतिर्वसूयुः ॥
Whom vigorous, the young damsel (the ladle) charged with the oblation, presenting the melted butter,day and night approaches; him, his own lustre approaches, favourable to (the bestowal of) wealth.

विश्वा॑ अ॒ग्नेऽप॑ द॒हारा॑ती॒र्येभि॒स्तपो॑भि॒रद॑हो॒ जरू॑थम् । प्र नि॑स्व॒रं चा॑तय॒स्वामी॑वाम् ॥ विश्वा अग्नेऽप दहारातीर्येभिस्तपोभिरदहो जरूथम् । प्र निस्वरं चातयस्वामीवाम् ॥
Consume, Agni, all enemies; with the same flames with which you have consumed Jarūtha, drive awayfebrile disease.
english translation
आ यस्ते॑ अग्न इध॒ते अनी॑कं॒ वसि॑ष्ठ॒ शुक्र॒ दीदि॑व॒: पाव॑क । उ॒तो न॑ ए॒भिः स्त॒वथै॑रि॒ह स्या॑: ॥ आ यस्ते अग्न इधते अनीकं वसिष्ठ शुक्र दीदिवः पावक । उतो न एभिः स्तवथैरिह स्याः ॥
Eminent, pure, radiating purifier, Agni, be present (at the sacrifice) of him who lights up your blaze, andat ours, (who address you) with these praises.
english translation
वि ये ते॑ अग्ने भेजि॒रे अनी॑कं॒ मर्ता॒ नर॒: पित्र्या॑सः पुरु॒त्रा । उ॒तो न॑ ए॒भिः सु॒मना॑ इ॒ह स्या॑: ॥ वि ये ते अग्ने भेजिरे अनीकं मर्ता नरः पित्र्यासः पुरुत्रा । उतो न एभिः सुमना इह स्याः ॥
Patriarchal mortals, leaders or rites have shared, Agni, your radiance in many plural ces; (propitiated) bythese our (praises, as by theirs), be present at this sacrifice.

इ॒मे नरो॑ वृत्र॒हत्ये॑षु॒ शूरा॒ विश्वा॒ अदे॑वीर॒भि स॑न्तु मा॒याः । ये मे॒ धियं॑ प॒नय॑न्त प्रश॒स्ताम् ॥ इमे नरो वृत्रहत्येषु शूरा विश्वा अदेवीरभि सन्तु मायाः । ये मे धियं पनयन्त प्रशस्ताम् ॥
May those men who commend this my sacred rite, heroes, in battles with foes, overcome all impiousdevices.
