मुक्त्वा वस्त्राद्ददौ मह्यं मणिमेतं महाबल । प्रतिगृह्य मणिं दिव्यं तव हेतो रघूद्वह ॥ ५-६७-३१
- this best jewel which she drew from her robe and gave it to me. O foremost among the Raghus I took that wonderful gem for your sake . - ॥ 5-67-31॥
english translation
muktvA vastrAddadau mahyaM maNimetaM mahAbala । pratigRhya maNiM divyaM tava heto raghUdvaha ॥ 5-67-31
