स्वप्नो ह्यद्य मया दृष्टो दारुणो रोमहर्षणः । रक्षसां च विनाशाय भर्तुरस्या जयाय च ॥ ५-५८-८६

svapno hyadya mayA dRSTo dAruNo romaharSaNaH । rakSasAM ca vinAzAya bharturasyA jayAya ca ॥ 5-58-86
hk transliteration by Sanscriptअलमस्मात्परित्रातुं राघवाद्राक्षसीगणम् । अभियाचाम वैदेहीमेतद्धि मम रोचते ॥ ५-५८-८७
''To protect the demon clan from destruction by Rama, it is enough if we beg her (pardon). Indeed, I think that way. ॥ 5-58-87॥
english translation
alamasmAtparitrAtuM rAghavAdrAkSasIgaNam । abhiyAcAma vaidehImetaddhi mama rocate ॥ 5-58-87
hk transliteration by Sanscriptयस्या ह्येवंविधस्स्वप्नो दुःखितायाः प्रदृश्यते । सा दुःखैर्विविधैर्मुक्ता सुखमाप्नोत्यनुत्तमम् ॥ ५-५८-८८
''Whoever in a sorrowful state sees such kind of dream, would be not only relieved of all sorrows but will experience immense happiness. ॥ 5-58-88॥

yasyA hyevaMvidhassvapno duHkhitAyAH pradRzyate । sA duHkhairvividhairmuktA sukhamApnotyanuttamam ॥ 5-58-88
hk transliteration by Sanscriptप्रणिपातप्रसन्ना हि मैथिली जनकात्मजा । ततस्सा ह्रीमती बाला भर्तुर्विजयहर्षिता ॥ ५-५८-८९
''Janaka's daughter Maithili will bless us with protection if we pray her. On hearing the words (of Trijata) that 'Rama will succeed', young and bashful Sita felt happy . - ॥ 5-58-89॥

praNipAtaprasannA hi maithilI janakAtmajA । tatassA hrImatI bAlA bharturvijayaharSitA ॥ 5-58-89
hk transliteration by Sanscriptअवोचद्यदि तत्तथ्यं भवेयं शरणं हि वः । तां चाहं तादृशीं दृष्ट्वा सीताया दारुणां दशाम् ॥ ५-५८-९०
- and said that 'If it comes true I will protect thee'. Seeing Sita's deplorable state, her ill-luck and her dreadful state - ॥ 5-58-90॥

avocadyadi tattathyaM bhaveyaM zaraNaM hi vaH । tAM cAhaM tAdRzIM dRSTvA sItAyA dAruNAM dazAm ॥ 5-58-90
