तेषां द्रुमाणां प्रभया मेरोरिव दिवाकरः । अमन्यत तदा वीरः काञ्चनोऽस्मीति वानरः ॥ ५-१४-३९

He saw trees resplendent with golden radiance and thought that he was in the midst of gold like the Sungod getting golden hue by the radiance of Meru, the golden mountain. ॥ 5-14-39॥
