अयं मेषः सवृषणः शक्रो ह्यवृषणः कृतः | मेषस्य वृषणौ गृह्य शक्रायाशु प्रयच्छत || १-४९-६

sanskrit

'This ram is with testicles and Indra is indeed rendered testicle-less. Taking the testicles of this ram they may be given to Indra quickly.' ( Thus Fire-god started his appeal to manes ). [1-49-6]

english translation

ayaM meSaH savRSaNaH zakro hyavRSaNaH kRtaH | meSasya vRSaNau gRhya zakrAyAzu prayacchata || 1-49-6
