प्रक्षिप्य प्रहसन् नित्यं मज्जतस्तान् निरीक्ष्य वै । एवं पापसमाचारः सज्जनप्रतिबाधकः ॥ १-३८-२१

- he hurled them. On seeing the drowning children he used to enjoy with laughter. Thus this son inclined towards evil and torturing the good citizens . - ॥ 1-38-21॥
