Ramayana
तेषां तद्वचनं श्रुत्वा स्कन्नं गर्भपरिस्रवे । स्नापयन् परया लक्ष्म्या दीप्यमानं यथानलम् ॥ १-३७-२६
On hearing that blessing of gods Krittika stars gave a bath to that excellently auspicious boy who was radiant like fire, and who slid down from the secretion of the womb of Ganga. ॥ 1-37-26॥
english translation
teSAM tadvacanaM zrutvA skannaM garbhaparisrave । snApayan parayA lakSmyA dIpyamAnaM yathAnalam ॥ 1-37-26
