सुरां सौवर्चलवतीं बीजपूररसान्विताम् । छर्द्याघातं यथादोषं सम्यक् स्नेहादिभिर्जयेत् ॥३१॥
To overcome the obstruction caused by vomiting, one should use wine mixed with the juice of seeds or fruits, and treat it with proper application of oils and other soothing remedies, according to the specific nature of the imbalance.

उल्टी के कारण उत्पन्न रुकावट को दूर करने के लिए, व्यक्ति को बीजों या फलों के रस में शराब मिलाकर पीना चाहिए, तथा असंतुलन की विशिष्ट प्रकृति के अनुसार, तेल और अन्य सुखदायक उपचारों के उचित प्रयोग से इसका उपचार करना चाहिए।

A man who is fatigued, breathless, and exhausted from physical exertion should, after taking rest, drink milk in case of sleep disturbances and should engage in conversation during wakefulness.

जो व्यक्ति थका हुआ हो, श्वास फूल रही हो, तथा शारीरिक परिश्रम से थका हुआ हो, उसे विश्राम करने के बाद, नींद में व्यवधान होने पर दूध पीना चाहिए तथा जागते समय बातचीत करनी चाहिए।
