In individuals who are emaciated, freed from fever, and indulge in improper diet and lifestyle, even a small imbalance of the doshas, when aggravated, leads to diseases caused by the disturbance of the bodily humors.

जो व्यक्ति दुर्बल हैं, बुखार से पीड़ित हैं, तथा अनुचित आहार और जीवनशैली में लिप्त हैं, उनमें दोषों का थोड़ा सा भी असंतुलन, बिगड़ जाने पर, शारीरिक द्रव्यों की गड़बड़ी के कारण होने वाली बीमारियों को जन्म देता है।

Those who constantly consume the four types of food called "yushkatraya," which are prepared with various coatings, and divide their intake according to the regions of the body associated with Kapha, produce them in the prescribed quantity.
