कफस्थानेषु वा दोषस्तिष्ठन् द्वित्रिचतुर्षु वा । विपर्ययाख्यान् कुरुते विषमान् कृच्छ्रसाधनान् ॥५५॥
The dosha, when residing in the sites of kapha, whether in pairs, threes, or fours, causes imbalances and leads to the manifestation of difficult-to-treat, extreme conditions.
