The flowers of Jatiphala (mace), Saindhava (rock salt), Shringavera (zingiberaceae), black seeds of Krishnabija, and the essence of insect repellent, when ground together and mixed with clarified butter (Ghee) and honey, should be used as an Anjana (collyrium) for treating eye diseases like conjunctivitis (Akshi-paka). This preparation is effective and safe for use without any fear of side effects.
