उत्थायापररात्रान्ते प्रयताः सुसमाहिताः । स्मरन्ति मम रूपाणि मुच्यन्ते ह्येनसोऽखिलात् ।। ८-४-२४ ।।

sanskrit

Freed from all sinful reactions are those who rise from bed at the end of night, early in the morning, and fully concentrate their minds with great attention upon of all my kinds. ।। 8-4-24 ।।

english translation

समस्त पापपूर्ण कर्मों के फलों से ऐसे व्यक्ति मुक्त हो जाते हैं, जो रात्रि बीतने पर प्रात:काल ही जग जाते हैं, अत्यन्त ध्यानपूर्वक अपने मनों में मेरे सभी प्रकार का ध्यान लगाते हैं ।। ८-४-२४ ।।
