Srimad Bhagavatam
मल्लिकाशतपत्रैश्च माधवीजालकादिभिः । शोभितं तीरजैश्चान्यैर्नित्यर्तुभिरलं द्रुमैः ॥ ८-२-१९ ॥
Satapatras, jālakās and mādhavī-latās. The banks were also abundantly adorned with varieties of trees that yielded flowers and fruits in all seasons. Thus the entire mountain stood gloriously decorated. ॥ 8-2-19 ॥
english translation
शतपत्र, जालका तथा माधवी लताएँ थीं। सरोवर के तट ऐसे वृक्षों से भलीभान्ति अलंकृत थे, जो सभी ऋतुओं में फूल तथा फल देने वाले थे। इस तरह पूरा पर्वत भव्य रूप से सजा हुआ था। ॥ ८-२-१९ ॥
