कृत्वा शिरसि तच्छेषां देवमुद्वासयेत्ततः । द्व्यवरान् भोजयेद्विप्रान् पायसेन यथोचितम् ॥ ८-१६-४३ ॥
After touching to one’s head all the flowers and water offered to the Deity, one should throw them into a sacred place. Then one should feed at least two brāhmaṇas with sweet rice. ॥ 8-16-43 ॥
english translation
अर्चाविग्रह पर चढ़ाये गये जल तथा सभी फूलों को अपने सिर से छूने के बाद उन्हें किसी पवित्र स्थान पर फेंक दे। तब कम से कम दो ब्राह्मणों को खीर का भोजन कराए। ॥ ८-१६-४३ ॥
