निर्वर्तितात्मनियमो देवमर्चेत्समाहितः । अर्चायां स्थण्डिले सूर्ये जले वह्नौ गुरावपि ।। ८-१६-२८ ।।

sanskrit

Thereafter, one should perform his daily spiritual duties and then, with great attention, offer worship to the Deity of the Supreme Personality of Godhead, and also to the altar, the sun, water, fire and the spiritual master. ।। 8-16-28 ।।

english translation

तत्पश्चात् वह अपने नित्य तथा नैमित्तिक आध्यात्मिक कार्य करे और तब बड़े ही मनोयोग से भगवान् के अर्चाविग्रह की पूजा करे। साथ ही वेदी, सूर्य, जल, अग्नि तथा गुरु को भी पूजे। ।। ८-१६-२८ ।।
