विप्रो गृहीत्वा मृतकं राजद्वार्युपधाय सः । इदं प्रोवाच विलपन्नातुरो दीनमानसः ॥ १०-८९-२३ ॥

The brāhmaṇa took the corpse and placed it at the door of King Ugrasena’s court. Then, agitated and lamenting miserably, he spoke the following. ॥ 10-89-23 ॥

ब्राह्मण ने शव को ले जाकर राजा उग्रसेन के दरबार के दरवाजे पर रख दिया। फिर, उत्तेजित और बुरी तरह विलाप करते हुए, उन्होंने निम्नलिखित बात कही। ॥ १०-८९-२३ ॥
