योऽस्योत्प्रेक्षक आदिमध्यनिधने योऽव्यक्तजीवेश्वरो यः सृष्ट्वेदमनुप्रविश्य ऋषिणा चक्रे पुरः शास्ति ताः । यं सम्पद्य जहात्यजामनुशयी सुप्तः कुलायं यथा तं कैवल्यनिरस्तयोनिमभयं ध्यायेदजस्रं हरिम् ॥ १०-८७-५० ॥
He is the Lord who eternally watches over this universe, who exists before, during and after its manifestation. He is the master of both the unmanifest material energy and the spirit soul. After sending forth the creation He enters within it, accompanying each living entity. There He creates the material bodies and then remains as their regulator. By surrendering to Him one can escape the embrace of illusion, just as a dreaming person forgets his own body. One who wants liberation from fear should constantly meditate upon Him, Lord Hari, who is always on the platform of perfection and thus never subject to material birth. ॥ 10-87-50 ॥

वह भगवान है जो इस ब्रह्मांड पर अनंत काल तक नजर रखता है, जो इसके प्रकट होने से पहले, उसके दौरान और बाद में मौजूद है। वह अव्यक्त भौतिक ऊर्जा और आत्मा दोनों का स्वामी है। सृष्टि को आगे बढ़ाने के बाद वह प्रत्येक जीव के साथ उसके भीतर प्रवेश करता है। वहाँ वह भौतिक शरीरों की रचना करता है और फिर उनका नियामक बनकर रहता है। उसके प्रति समर्पण करके मनुष्य माया के आलिंगन से उसी प्रकार बच सकता है, जैसे स्वप्न देखने वाला व्यक्ति अपने शरीर को भूल जाता है। जो व्यक्ति भय से मुक्ति चाहता है, उसे निरंतर भगवान हरि का ध्यान करना चाहिए, जो हमेशा पूर्णता के स्तर पर हैं और इस प्रकार कभी भी भौतिक जन्म के अधीन नहीं होते हैं। ॥ १०-८७-५० ॥
