स तर्कयामास कुतो ममान्वभूद्गृहान्धकुपे पतितस्य सङ्गमः । यः सर्वतीर्थास्पदपादरेणुभिः कृष्णेन चास्यात्मनिकेतभूसुरैः ॥ १०-८६-४२ ॥
He wondered: How is it that I, fallen into the blind well of family life, have been able to meet Lord Kṛṣṇa? And how have I also been allowed to meet these great brāhmaṇas, who always carry the Lord within their hearts? Indeed, the dust of their feet is the shelter of all holy places. ॥ 10-86-42 ॥

उन्होंने सोचा: ऐसा कैसे है कि मैं, पारिवारिक जीवन के अंधे कुएं में गिर गया, भगवान कृष्ण से मिलने में सक्षम हो गया हूं? और मुझे इन महान ब्राह्मणों से मिलने की इजाजत कैसे दी गई, जो हमेशा भगवान को अपने दिल में रखते हैं? वास्तव में, उनके चरणों की धूल ही सभी पवित्र स्थानों का आश्रय है। ॥ १०-८६-४२ ॥
