ब्राह्मणाः क्षत्रिया वैश्याः शूद्रा यज्ञदिदृक्षवः । तत्रेयुः सर्वराजानो राज्ञां प्रकृतयो नृप ॥ १०-७४-११ ॥
kṣatriyas, vaiśyas and śūdras, all eager to witness the sacrifice. Indeed, all the kings came there with their entourages. ॥ 10-74-11 ॥

क्षत्रिय, वैश्य और शूद्र, सभी यज्ञ देखने के लिए उत्सुक थे। दरअसल, सभी राजा अपने दल के साथ वहां आए थे। ॥ १०-७४-११ ॥

ततस्ते देवयजनं ब्राह्मणाः स्वर्णलाङ्गलैः । कृष्ट्वा तत्र यथाम्नायं दीक्षयाञ्चक्रिरे नृपम् ॥ १०-७४-१२ ॥
The brāhmaṇa priests then plowed the sacrificial ground with golden plowshares and initiated King Yudhiṣṭhira for the sacrifice in accordance with the traditions set down by standard authorities. ॥ 10-74-12 ॥

तब ब्राह्मण पुजारियों ने यज्ञ भूमि को सुनहरे हल के फाल से जोता और राजा युधिष्ठिर को मानक अधिकारियों द्वारा निर्धारित परंपराओं के अनुसार बलिदान के लिए प्रेरित किया। ॥ १०-७४-१२ ॥

The utensils used in the sacrifice were made of gold, just as in the ancient Rājasūya performed by Lord Varuṇa. Indra, Brahmā, Śiva and many other planetary rulers; ॥ 10-74-13 ॥
