सहदेवं तत्तनयं भगवान् भूतभावनः । अभ्यषिञ्चदमेयात्मा मगधानां पतिं प्रभुः । मोचयामास राजन्यान् संरुद्धा मागधेन ये ॥ १०-७२-४८ ॥
The immeasurable Supreme Personality of Godhead, the sustainer and benefactor of all living beings, coronated Jarāsandha’s son, Sahadeva, as the new ruler of the Magadhas. The Lord then freed all the kings Jarāsandha had imprisoned. ॥ 10-72-48 ॥

सभी जीवित प्राणियों के पालनकर्ता और उपकारी, अपरिमेय परम व्यक्तित्व, ने मगध के नए शासक के रूप में जरासंध के पुत्र, सहदेव का राज्याभिषेक किया। तब भगवान ने उन सभी राजाओं को मुक्त कर दिया जिन्हें जरासंध ने कैद कर रखा था। ॥ १०-७२-४८ ॥
