श्रीशुक उवाच इत्युदीरितमाकर्ण्य देवर्षेरुद्धवोऽब्रवीत् । सभ्यानां मतमाज्ञाय कृष्णस्य च महामति: ॥ १०-७१-१ ॥

Śukadeva Gosvāmī said: Having thus heard the statements of Devarṣi Nārada, and understanding the opinions of both the assembly and Lord Kṛṣṇa, the great-minded Uddhava began to speak. ॥ 10-71-1 ॥

english translation

शुकदेव गोस्वामी ने कहा: इस प्रकार देवर्षि नारद के कथनों को सुनकर और सभा और भगवान कृष्ण दोनों की राय को समझकर, महान दिमाग वाले उद्धव ने बोलना शुरू किया। ॥ १०-७१-१ ॥
