उपस्थायार्कमुद्यन्तं तर्पयित्वाऽऽत्मनः कलाः । देवान् ऋषीन् पितॄन् वृद्धान् विप्रानभ्यर्च्य चात्मवान् ॥ १०-७०-७ ॥
Each day the Lord worshiped the rising sun and propitiated the demigods, sages and forefathers, who are all His expansions. The self-possessed Lord would then carefully worship His elders and the brāhmaṇas. ॥ 10-70-7 ॥

प्रत्येक दिन भगवान उगते सूर्य की पूजा करते थे और देवताओं, ऋषियों और पूर्वजों को प्रसन्न करते थे, जो उनके सभी अंश हैं। तब स्वयंभू भगवान सावधानीपूर्वक अपने बड़ों और ब्राह्मणों की पूजा करेंगे। ॥ १०-७०-७ ॥
