कदर्थीकृत्य बलवान् विप्रचक्रे मदोद्धतः । तं तस्याविनयं दृष्ट्वा देशांश्च तदुपद्रुतान् ।। १०-६७-१६ ।।

sanskrit

Thus the powerful ape, puffed up with false pride, continued to insult Śrī Balarāma. Lord Balarāma saw the ape’s rude behavior and thought of the disruptions he had created in the surrounding kingdoms. ।। 10-67-16 ।।

english translation

इस प्रकार वह शक्तिशाली वानर मिथ्या अभिमान से फूलकर श्री बलराम का अपमान करता रहा। भगवान बलराम ने वानर के अशिष्ट व्यवहार को देखा और उन्होंने आसपास के राज्यों में उसके द्वारा पैदा किए गए व्यवधानों के बारे में सोचा। ।। १०-६७-१६ ।।
