तेषां वीर्यमदान्धानां दृप्तानां स्मयनुत्तये । आनीतासि मया भद्रे तेजोऽपहरतासताम् ।। १०-६०-१९ ।।

sanskrit

It was to dispel the arrogance of these kings that I carried you away, My good woman, for they were blinded by the intoxication of power. My purpose was to curb the strength of the wicked. ।। 10-60-19 ।।

english translation

मेरी प्यारी, मैंने इन राजाओं के घमंड को दूर करने के लिए ही आपको उठाया, क्योंकि वे अपनी शक्ति के नशे में अंधे थे। मेरा उद्देश्य दुर्जनों की ताकत को दबाना था। ।। १०-६०-१९ ।।
