नवनागसहस्राणि नागाच्छतगुणान् रथान् । रथाच्छतगुणानश्वानश्वाच्छतगुणान् नरान् ॥ १०-५८-५१ ॥
Nine thousand elephants, a hundred times as many chariots as elephants, a hundred times as many horses as chariots, and a hundred times as many manservants as horses.

नौ हजार हाथी, हाथियों से सौ गुना रथ, रथों से सौ गुना घोड़े, और घोड़ों से सौ गुना नौकर। ॥ १०-५८-५१ ॥

The King of Kośala, his heart melting with affection, had the bride and groom seated on their chariot, and then he sent them on their way surrounded by a great army. ॥ 10-58-52 ॥

कोशल के राजा ने, स्नेह से पिघलते हुए, दूल्हे और दुल्हन को अपने रथ पर बैठाया, और फिर उन्होंने उन्हें एक बड़ी सेना से घिरे हुए अपने रास्ते पर भेज दिया। ॥ १०-५८-५२ ॥

When the intolerant kings who had been rival suitors heard what had happened, they tried to stop Lord Kṛṣṇa on the road as He took His bride home. But just as the bulls had broken the kings’ strength before, the Yadu warriors broke it now. ॥ 10-58-53 ॥

जब असहिष्णु राजाओं, जो प्रतिद्वंद्वी प्रतिद्वंद्वी थे, ने सुना कि क्या हुआ था, तो उन्होंने भगवान कृष्ण को सड़क पर रोकने की कोशिश की जब वे अपनी दुल्हन को घर ले जा रहे थे। परन्तु जैसे पहले बैलों ने राजाओं की शक्ति तोड़ दी थी, वैसे ही अब यदु योद्धाओं ने तोड़ दी। ॥ १०-५८-५३ ॥

Arjuna, wielder of the Gāṇḍīva bow, was always eager to please his friend Kṛṣṇa, and thus he drove back those opponents, who were shooting torrents of arrows at the Lord. He did this just as a lion drives away insignificant animals. ॥ 10-58-54 ॥

गाण्डीव धनुषधारी अर्जुन हमेशा अपने मित्र कृष्ण को प्रसन्न करने के लिए उत्सुक रहता था, और इस प्रकार उसने उन विरोधियों को पीछे खदेड़ दिया, जो भगवान पर तीरों की बौछार कर रहे थे। उसने यह उसी प्रकार किया जैसे सिंह तुच्छ पशुओं को भगा देता है। ॥ १०-५८-५४ ॥

Lord Devakī-suta, the chief of the Yadus, then took His dowry and Satyā to Dvārakā and continued to live there happily. ॥ 10-58-55 ॥
