दानव्रततपोहोमजपस्वाध्यायसंयमैः । श्रेयोभिर्विविधैश्चान्यैः कृष्णे भक्तिर्हि साध्यते ।। १०-४७-२४ ।।

Devotional service unto Lord Kṛṣṇa is attained by charity, strict vows, austerities and fire sacrifices, by japa, study of Vedic texts, observance of regulative principles and, indeed, by the performance of many other auspicious practices. ।। 10-47-24 ।।

english translation

दान, कठिन व्रत, तपस्या, अग्नि यज्ञ, जप, वैदिक ग्रंथों का अध्ययन, विधि-विधानों का पालन तथा अन्य अनेक शुभ साधनों द्वारा भगवान् कृष्ण की भक्ति प्राप्त की जाती है। ।। १०-४७-२४ ।।
