अग्न्यर्कातिथिगोविप्रपितृदेवार्चनान्वितैः । धूपदीपैश्च माल्यैश्च गोपावासैर्मनोरमम् ॥ १०-४६-१२ ॥
The cowherds’ homes in Gokula appeared most charming with their abundant paraphernalia for worship of the sacrificial fire, the sun, unexpected guests, the cows, the brāhmaṇas, the forefathers and the demigods. ॥ 10-46-12 ॥

गोकुल में ग्वालों के घर यज्ञ-अग्नि, सूर्य, अचानक आए अतिथियों, गौवों, ब्राह्मणों, पितरों तथा देवताओं की पूजा के लिए प्रचुर सामग्रियों से युक्त होने से अतीव आकर्षक प्रतीत हो रहे थे। ॥ १०-४६-१२ ॥
