तया हृतप्रत्ययसर्ववृत्तिषु द्वाःस्थेषु पौरेष्वपि शायितेष्वथ । द्वारस्तु सर्वाः पिहिता दुरत्यया बृहत्कपाटायसकीलश‍ृङ्खलैः ।। १०-३-४८ ।।

By the influence of Yoga-māyā, all the doorkeepers fell fast asleep, their senses unable to work, and the other inhabitants of the house also fell deeply asleep. When the sun rises, the darkness automatically disappears; similarly, when Vasudeva appeared, the closed doors, which were strongly pinned with iron and locked with iron chains, opened automatically. ।। 10-3-48 ।।

english translation

योगमाया के प्रभाव से सारे द्वारपाल गहरी नींद में सो गए, उनकी इन्द्रियाँ निष्क्रिय हो गईं और घर के अन्य लोग भी गहरी नींद में सो गए। जिस प्रकार सूर्य के उदय होने पर अंधकार स्वत: छिप जाता है उसी तरह वसुदेव के प्रकट होने पर लोहे की कीलों से जड़े तथा भीतर से लोहे की जंजीरों से जकड़े हुए बंद दरवाजे स्वत: खुल गए। ।। १०-३-४८ ।।
