कालाय कालनाभाय कालावयवसाक्षिणे । विश्वाय तदुपद्रष्ट्रे तत्कर्त्रे विश्वहेतवे ।। १०-१६-४१ ।।

sanskrit

Obeisances unto You, who are time itself, the shelter of time and the witness of time in all its phases. You are the universe, and also its separate observer. You are its creator, and also the totality of all its causes. ।। 10-16-41 ।।

english translation

हम आपको नमस्कार करती हैं। आप साक्षात् काल, काल के आश्रय तथा काल की विभिन्न अवस्थाओं के साक्षी हैं। आप ब्रह्माण्ड हैं और इसके पृथक् द्रष्टा भी हैं। आप इसके स्रष्टा हैं और इसके समस्त कारणों के कारण हैं। ।। १०-१६-४१ ।।

भूतमात्रेन्द्रियप्राणमनोबुद्ध्याशयात्मने । त्रिगुणेनाभिमानेन गूढस्वात्मानुभूतये ।। १०-१६-४२ ।।

sanskrit

Obeisances unto You, who are the ultimate soul of the physical elements, of the subtle basis of perception, of the senses, of the vital air of life, and of the mind, intelligence and consciousness. By Your arrangement the infinitesimal spirit souls falsely identify with the three modes of material nature, and their perception of their own true self thus becomes clouded. ।। 10-16-42 ।।

english translation

आप भौतिक तत्त्वों के, अनुभूति के सूक्ष्म आधार के, इन्द्रियों के, प्राणवायु के तथा मन, बुद्धि एवं चेतना के परमात्मा हैं। हम आपको नमस्कार करती हैं। आपकी ही व्यवस्था के फलस्वरूप सूक्ष्मतम चिन्मय आत्माएँ प्रकृति के तीनों गुणों के रूप में अपनी झूठी पहचान बनाती हैं फलस्वरूप उनकी स्व की अनुभूति प्रच्छन्न हो जाती है। ।। १०-१६-४२ ।।

नमोऽनन्ताय सूक्ष्माय कूटस्थाय विपश्चिते । नानावादानुरोधाय वाच्यवाचकशक्तये ।। १०-१६-४३ ।।

We offer our obeisances unto You, the unlimited Supreme Lord, the supremely subtle one, the omniscient Personality of Godhead, who are always fixed in unchanging transcendence, who sanction the opposing views of different philosophies, and who are the power upholding expressed ideas and the words that express them. ।। 10-16-43 ।।

english translation

हे अनन्त भगवान्, हे परम सूक्ष्म एवं सर्वज्ञ भगवान्, हम आपको प्रणाम करती हैं, जो सदैव स्थायी दिव्यता में विद्यमान रहते हैं, विभिन्न वादों के विरोधी विचारों को स्वीकृति देते हैं और व्यक्त विचारों तथा उनको व्यक्त करनेवाले शब्दों को प्रोत्साहन देने वाली शक्ति हैं। ।। १०-१६-४३ ।।

We offer our obeisances again and again to You, who are the basis of all authoritative evidence, who are the author and ultimate source of the revealed scriptures, and who have manifested Yourself in those Vedic literatures encouraging sense gratification as well as in those encouraging renunciation of the material world. ।। 10-16-44 ।।

english translation

समस्त प्रमाणों के आधार, शास्त्रों के प्रणेता तथा परम स्रोत, इन्द्रिय तृप्ति को प्रोत्साहित करनेवाले (प्रवृत्ति मार्ग) तथा भौतिक जगत से विराग उत्पन्न करनेवाले वैदिक साहित्य में अपने को प्रकट करनेवाले आपको हम बारम्बार नमस्कार करती हैं। ।। १०-१६-४४ ।।

We offer our obeisances to Lord Kṛṣṇa and Lord Rāma, the sons of Vasudeva, and to Lord Pradyumna and Lord Aniruddha. We offer our respectful obeisances unto the master of all the saintly devotees of Viṣṇu. ।। 10-16-45 ।।

हम वसुदेव के पुत्र, भगवान् कृष्ण तथा भगवान् राम को और भगवान् प्रद्युम्न तथा भगवान् अनिरुद्ध को सादर नमस्कार करती हैं। हम विष्णु के समस्त सन्त सदृश भक्तों के स्वामी को सादर नमस्कार करती हैं। ।। १०-१६-४५ ।।
