नमः प्रमाणमूलाय कवये शास्त्रयोनये । प्रवृत्ताय निवृत्ताय निगमाय नमो नमः ॥ १०-१६-४४ ॥
We offer our obeisances again and again to You, who are the basis of all authoritative evidence, who are the author and ultimate source of the revealed scriptures, and who have manifested Yourself in those Vedic literatures encouraging sense gratification as well as in those encouraging renunciation of the material world. ॥ 10-16-44 ॥

समस्त प्रमाणों के आधार, शास्त्रों के प्रणेता तथा परम स्रोत, इन्द्रिय तृप्ति को प्रोत्साहित करनेवाले (प्रवृत्ति मार्ग) तथा भौतिक जगत से विराग उत्पन्न करनेवाले वैदिक साहित्य में अपने को प्रकट करनेवाले आपको हम बारम्बार नमस्कार करती हैं। ॥ १०-१६-४४ ॥
