ऋषेर्विनिर्गमे कंसो यदून् मत्वा सुरानिति । देवक्या गर्भसम्भूतं विष्णुं च स्ववधं प्रति ॥ १०-१-६५ ॥
After the departure of the great saint Nārada, Kaṁsa thought that all the members of the Yadu dynasty were demigods and that any of the children born from the womb of Devakī might be Viṣṇu. ॥ 10-1-65 ॥

नारद ऋषि के चले जाने पर कंस ने सोचा कि यदुवंश के सारे लोग देवता हैं और देवकी के गर्भ से जन्म लेने वाली कोई भी सन्तान विष्णु हो सकती है। ॥ १०-१-६५ ॥
