    केवलीमष्टधा कुर्याद्यामे यामे दिने दिने । अथवा पञ्चधा कुर्याद्यथा तत्कथयामि ते ॥५-९५॥kevalImaSTadhA kuryAdyAme yAme dine dine । athavA paJcadhA kuryAdyathA tatkathayAmi te ॥5-95॥After this, the seeker should increase this practice and practice Kumbhak only once every three hours and practice it a total of eight times in the whole day. Otherwise, one who cannot practice it eight times should practice it five times daily.

When the connection of air with the body is established, that is, when air becomes stable in the body, then that state is only of Kumbhaka.
