तस्मात्प्राणे स्थिते देहे मरणं नैव जायते । वायुना घटसम्बन्धे भवेत्केवलकुम्भकम् ॥५-९१॥

As long as there is vital air present in our body, we cannot die. When the connection of air with the body is established, that is, when air becomes stable in the body, then that state is only of Kumbhaka.

english translation

जब तक हमारे शरीर में प्राणवायु स्थित रहती है तब तक हमारी मृत्यु नहीं हो सकती । जब वायु का शरीर से सम्बन्ध स्थापित हो जाता है अर्थात् जब वायु शरीर में स्थिर हो जाती है तब वह अवस्था केवल कुम्भक की होती है ।
