छिन्नपक्ष इवाऽकाशात्पपात धरणीधरः । ततस्ते प्रीतमनसस्सर्वे वानरपुङ्गवाः ॥ ५-५७-३१

- Hanuman descended from the sky like the mountain with its wings cut off and dropped. Feeling very happy at heart all the vanara leaders . - [5-57-31]

english translation

हनुमन्तं महात्मानं परिवार्योपतस्थिरे । परिवार्य च ते सर्वे परां प्रीतिमुपागताः ॥ ५-५७-३२

- gathered around the high-souled Hanuman. They stood motionless with extreme happiness. [5-57-32]

english translation

प्रहृष्टवदना स्सर्वे तमरोगमुपागतम् । उपायनानि चादाय मूलानि च फलानि च ॥ ५-५७-३३

The vanaras were filled with joy seeing Hanuman who returned unhurt. They offered roots and fruits to him. [5-57-33]

english translation

प्रत्यर्चयन् हरिश्रेष्ठं हरयो मारुतात्मजम् । हनुमांस्तु गुरून् वृद्धाञ्जाम्बवत्प्रमुखांस्तदा ॥ ५-५७-३४

The son of the Wind-god, Hanuman on his part offered salutations to the foremost of the monkeys. Hanuman also offered salutations to elders, preceptors such as Jambavan and other leaders. [5-57-34]

कुमारमङ्गदं चैव सोऽवन्दत महाकपिः । स ताभ्यां पूजितः पूज्यः कपिभिश्च प्रसादितः ॥ ५-५७-३५

The great monkey Hanuman also saluted the young Angada. He (Hanuman) worthy of worship having been honoured by both Jambavan and Angada was pleased. [5-57-35]
