ततश्शरानायततीक्ष्णशल्यान् सुपत्रिणः काञ्चनचित्रपुङ्खान् । मुमोच वीरः परवीरहन्ता सुसन्नतान् वज्रनिपातवेगान् ॥ ५-४८-२८

sanskrit

Then the heroic Indrajit, slayer of enemy warriors, discharged long arrows that were fixed with fine feathers with sharppointed gold tips, bent a little at the tip touching the bow string, as swift as lightning. ॥ 5-48-28॥

english translation

tatazzarAnAyatatIkSNazalyAn supatriNaH kAJcanacitrapuGkhAn । mumoca vIraH paravIrahantA susannatAn vajranipAtavegAn ॥ 5-48-28
