अर्चिष्मानर्चितोऽत्यर्थं ब्रह्मचर्यव्रते स्थितः | साधूनामुपकारज्ञः प्रचारज्ञश्च कर्मणाम् || ५-३५-१२

'He is luminous and highly revered. He observes vow of selfcontrol. He is steadfast and recognises services rendered by sages. He is aware of the rites and the ways of administration. [5-35-12]
