क्षेत्रं शोधयता लब्धा नाम्ना सीतेति विश्रुता । भूतलादुत्थिता सा तु व्यवर्धत ममात्मजा ॥ १-६६-१४

- there was a baby girl, since she was gained while consecrating the ritual-field, she was named as Seeta and thus she was renowned. She surfaced from the surface of the earth, but fostered as my own soul-born girl. ॥ 1-66-14॥

english translation

kSetraM zodhayatA labdhA nAmnA sIteti vizrutA । bhUtalAdutthitA sA tu vyavardhata mamAtmajA ॥ 1-66-14
