स पुत्रमेकं राज्याय पालयेति नियुज्य च । पृथिवीं क्षत्रधर्मेण वनमेवान्वपद्यत ॥ १-५५-११
Then on bidding one of his remaining son for the kingdom, 'you rule the earth with the duties of kingcraft .' thus saying Vishvamitra took recourse to forests. [1-55-11]
