आरग्वधादिनिर्यूहं दशाङ्गयोगमेव वा । पाययेताथ सक्षौद्रं कफजायां चिकित्सकः ॥२३॥
The physician should administer a decoction made from the Aragvadhadi group of herbs or a formulation with ten components (Dashanga Yoga), mixed with Saindhava salt (rock salt), for treating the Kaphaja (Kapha-related) type of vomiting. This remedy helps in balancing and reducing the aggravation of Kapha dosha, addressing the symptoms of vomiting that arise from excess Kapha in the body.
