कृतं गुडूच्या विधिवत् कषायं हिमसञ्ज्ञितम् । तिसृष्वपि भवेत् पथ्यं माक्षिकेण समन्वितम् ॥२४॥
A decoction made with Guduchi (Tinospora) following the proper method, called "Hima" (cold infusion), is beneficial for treating vomiting. This remedy, when combined with Maṣhika (a type of medicinal herb), becomes useful in all three types of vomiting, helping to balance the doshas and alleviate the symptoms. It is considered a therapeutic solution for this condition, especially for Kapha-related vomiting, by restoring balance in the body.
