The entire body, when affected by excess heat and marked by redness, experiences intense burning. It burns, is squeezed, and undergoes a sensation of being scorched, resembling the color of copper and the redness of the eyes.

अप्रशाम्यति दाहे च रसैस्तृप्तस्य जाङ्गलैः । शाखाश्रया यथान्यायं रोहिणीर्व्यधयेत् सिराः ॥६९॥

The burning sensation does not subside even with the consumption of the appropriate foods, such as jungle-based (wild) foods. According to the proper method, the veins should be relieved by performing an appropriate treatment, similar to how the branches of the Rohini tree (a type of plant) are treated to alleviate their affliction.

पित्तज्वरसमः पित्तात् स चाप्यस्य विधिर्हितः । तृष्णानिरोधादब्धातौ क्षीणे तेजः समुद्धतम् ॥७०॥

The treatment for a person suffering from a fever caused by pitta should be in accordance with the guidelines for pitta. By preventing thirst and restricting excessive indulgence, the person's energy (tejas) will gradually diminish, leading to an improvement in the condition.

पित्त के कारण होने वाले बुखार से पीड़ित व्यक्ति का उपचार पित्त के लिए दिशानिर्देशों के अनुसार होना चाहिए। प्यास को रोकने और अत्यधिक भोग-विलास को रोकने से व्यक्ति की ऊर्जा (तेजस) धीरे-धीरे कम हो जाएगी, जिससे स्थिति में सुधार होगा।
