पाटलोत्पलकन्देषु मुद्गपर्ण्यां च साधितम् । पिबेन्मागधिकोन्मिश्रं तत्राम्भो हिमशीतलम् ॥५१॥
Prepared with the roots of the blue lotus and utpala, along with the leaves of mung bean, and mixed with māgadhika and honey, one should drink it with water as cool as snow.

Cool beverages that are pleasant to the heart and aromatic are beneficial. When the heat of intoxication reaches the skin and overwhelms pitta and blood, it causes severe burning. In such cases, treatments for pitta should be administered.
