स व्यस्तैर्जायते दोषैरिति केचिद्वदन्ति हि | एकादशानामेकस्मिन् सान्निध्यात्तन्त्रयुक्तितः ||६||

Some say that the disease arises due to the simultaneous action of the doshas (bodily humors) in one place, and that this occurs when the eleven symptoms manifest together, brought about by the proper sequence of therapeutic techniques.

कुछ लोग कहते हैं कि यह रोग एक ही स्थान पर दोषों (शारीरिक द्रव्यों) की एक साथ क्रिया के कारण उत्पन्न होता है, और यह तब होता है जब ग्यारह लक्षण एक साथ प्रकट होते हैं, जो चिकित्सीय तकनीकों के उचित अनुक्रम द्वारा संभव होता है।
