शर्करोपहितं शीतं पाययेतोदरामये । लोध्रचन्दनयष्ट्याह्वदार्वीपाठासितोत्पलान् ॥८६॥
One should make him drink cold water mixed with sugar in case of abdominal disease. It should be prepared with Lodhra, sandalwood, Yashti-madhu (licorice), Daru-haridra (Indian barberry), Patha, and blue lotus.

उदर रोग होने पर उसे चीनी मिला हुआ ठंडा पानी पिलाना चाहिए। इसे लोध्र, चंदन, यष्टि-मधु, दारु-हरिद्रा, पाठा और नीले कमल से तैयार किया जाना चाहिए।

One should give him cold water mixed with rice-water, which is combined with the skin of a long vine, as before. The mixture should be prepared from this and given cold.

उसे पहले की तरह चावल के पानी में मिलाकर ठंडा पानी पिलाना चाहिए, जिसे लम्बी बेल की खाल के साथ मिलाकर मिश्रण तैयार करके ठंडा किया जाता है।

One should make it drink this mixed with honey in the diseases of phlegm, bile, and abdomen. Thus one should do with the sprouts of banyan and other trees according to the rules.

कफ, पित्त और उदर के रोगों में इसे शहद के साथ मिलाकर पीना चाहिए। इसी प्रकार बरगद आदि वृक्षों की कोंपलों से भी नियमपूर्वक काम लेना चाहिए।

According to the proper method, prepare the medicines with the ingredients wrapped in a cloth, which are suitable for use. These are beneficial for conditions with excessive mucus, blood, and sluggish or chronic wind disorders.

उचित विधि के अनुसार, उपयोग के लिए उपयुक्त सामग्री को कपड़े में लपेटकर औषधि तैयार करें। ये अत्यधिक बलगम, रक्त, तथा मंदाग्नि या जीर्ण वायु विकार के लिए लाभदायक हैं।

The mixture of Kautaja (a type of medicinal plant) and Phanita (another herb) can cure severe dysentery with its potency. It is also effective when combined with honey and ingredients like Pippali (long pepper), Ambastha (another herb), and others.
