मध्वाक्तं पाययेच्चैतत् कफपित्तोदरामये । एवं प्ररोहैः कुर्वीत वटादीनां विधानवत् ॥८८॥
One should make it drink this mixed with honey in the diseases of phlegm, bile, and abdomen. Thus one should do with the sprouts of banyan and other trees according to the rules.

कफ, पित्त और उदर के रोगों में इसे शहद के साथ मिलाकर पीना चाहिए। इसी प्रकार बरगद आदि वृक्षों की कोंपलों से भी नियमपूर्वक काम लेना चाहिए।
