वाताच्छूलाधिकैः पायुहृत्पार्श्वोदरमस्तकैः । पित्तात् सदाहैर्गुरुभिः कफात्त्रिभ्यस्त्रिलक्षणैः ॥१७६॥
Due to vata, there will be pain in the anus, heart, sides, abdomen, and head. Due to pitta, there will be burning, heaviness, and due to kapha, all three signs: mucus, congestion, and difficulty in breathing.

वात के कारण गुदा, हृदय, पार्श्व, उदर और सिर में दर्द होगा। पित्त के कारण जलन, भारीपन होगा और कफ के कारण तीनों लक्षण: बलगम, जमाव और सांस लेने में कठिनाई होगी।

The individual, when affected by this condition, will have the color of the doshas reflected in the nails, urine, eyes, and face. There will be symptoms such as pallor of the heart, abdominal distention, enlargement of the spleen, and a distended belly.

इस स्थिति से प्रभावित होने पर व्यक्ति के नाखूनों, मूत्र, आंखों और चेहरे पर दोषों का रंग दिखाई देगा। हृदय का पीला पड़ना, पेट में सूजन, तिल्ली का बढ़ना और पेट फूलना जैसे लक्षण दिखाई देंगे।

According to the increase of the doshas, and in the proper order, the physician should administer drinks that are correct for the condition, including digestive and soothing beverages.

दोषों की वृद्धि के अनुसार, तथा उचित क्रम में, चिकित्सक को उस स्थिति के लिए उपयुक्त पेय पदार्थ देने चाहिए, जिनमें पाचन तथा सुखदायक पेय शामिल हैं।

Then, in the morning, the patient should drink a trio of digestive, absorbing, and appetizing drinks, which may include alcoholic decoctions, oils, urine, and pleasant water.
