नानावर्णं नैकशः सारयन्ति कृच्छ्राज्जन्तोः षष्ठमेनं वदन्ति ॥१६॥
The creatures (or individuals) affected by this condition exhibit various colors and symptoms, and due to the difficulty of the disease, they are described as having multiple forms or manifestations, which are referred to as the sixth type.

Due to the combination of these doshas, the body becomes weakened and loses its vitality. The stool becomes extremely foul-smelling, fragmented, and is termed as "amasañjñaka," meaning it resembles the characteristics of undigested food or is associated with the nature of ama (toxins).

These are the signs and symptoms that manifest in a person, but when they are reversed, they indicate the presence of the condition. If the person experiences lightness and other signs of normalcy, then it can be said that the disease has reached a mature or resolved state.

It could be of a reddish color like manjistha (a medicinal herb), resembling the appearance of a dead body, and have a foul odor, or it may be cold and exhibit the qualities of grease. This indicates a pathological condition.
